We offer a range of Rapid Mixer Granulator that is a multipurpose machine used for mixing as well as granulation of ingredients. It is equipped with a dual speed impeller that is multi-bladed and fitted close to the base of the mixing bowl with the chopper is mounted on the wall of the mixing bowl.

It reduces material handling thereby ensuring a more hygienic process. Only one operator is required for operating machine. It is uniform of granule sizes & ideally used for light formulations to heavy slurries.  Optionally, Steam jacketed drying can also be available.

The basic equipment consists of machine base covered all around by SS flush type panels.The frame is providedwith a SS staircase & railings. Over the frame there is RMG Bowl with pneumatically open able lid. It has two mixing blades. Material to be mixed is whirled and tumbled, close to the bottom of RMG bowl with the help of chopper blades. Chopper Tool located at the side preventslump formation. RMG produces a highly efficient, fast & homogenous mixing.

DOUBLE CONE BLENDER

Double Cone Blender is an efficient for mixing dry powder and granulates homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. Two-thirds of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.

The conical shape of both ends enables consistent mixing and easy discharge. Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.  Utmost care has been taken to ensure safe process of the unit. Hand wheel will be provided for manual tilting of cone. Safety guards provided with limit, switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in proper position.
